We want you to do a happy dance when you open your MIAZ MEMORIES package! If, for some reason, your new treasure doesn't make you want to twirl with joy, fear not! We've got you covered.
The "Oops, It's Not Me" Clause
If you receive your jewellery and it's just not vibing with your style (hey, it happens!), you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a full refund. Just make sure it's in its original packaging, looking as pristine as the day it arrived – no signs of wild adventures or clumsy mishaps, please!
The "Uh Oh, It's Broken!" Situation
If your treasure arrives looking a little worse for wear (courtesy of the postal service's interpretive dance routine, perhaps?), please let us know ASAP! Send us a photo of the damage, and we'll either replace it with a new one or offer a full refund. Because nobody deserves broken sparkles!
The "Where's My Sparkle?" Dilemma
In the rare event that your package gets lost in transit (those sneaky postal gnomes!), we'll do everything we can to track it down. If it's truly gone on an adventure of its own, we'll offer a replacement or a refund.
The "How Do I Send It Back?" Return Process
Ready to start a return? Simply drop us a note at contact@miazcollection.co.uk with your order number and the details of the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply quickly with step‑by‑step instructions to make the process smooth and stress‑free.
If your return is accepted, you’ll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs (unless it’s our fault — then we’ll happily take care of it!). Shipping costs are non‑refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted.
Your sparkle will only be refunded once the items have been received and inspected by our team. If the returned item isn’t eligible for a refund (for example, it’s not in the condition described above), we’ll send you an email explaining why. We’ll refund the price of the eligible item(s) only, not the posting costs, and all refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refund Timing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty.
